You get to grade our maids.
After each cleaning, you have the opportunity to rate our work on a scale of 1 to 10. Your rating alone determines the compensation level for the Two Maids assigned to your home. This performance-based approach encourages excellence and is the primary reason why are customers prefer us. You have a say in what we pay. Our incredible team is looking for dependable housekeepers, no experience required.
We provide a great workplace and weekly or monthly bonuses for high performance. Our customers provide us with an evaluation sheet based on how well you´ve done the task. I f you´ve done a great job, you get 5 stars and the highest pay in our escale 15, 18, 20 per hour.
Paid training provided
