Reasonable Prices
Prices will depend on the size and conditions of the house. However, we charge a starting fee of $30 per hour for First Time Cleanings and between $30 to $40 per hour for Deep Cleanings. Post-Construction Cleanings will be charged by square feet. See our other service rates

Lolita's Maids will arrive at your home on time and ready to do the job. We´ll monitor them to make sure they reach their destination prepared and safe.
Licensed & Insured
Lolita's Maids will always respect your home as if it is their own. If something is damaged or broken, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your appointment. Broken or damaged items will be replaced promptly. Insurance claims will be made when necessary.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will send you our star maid to make corrections.
