  • Do you provide cleaning supplies?
    Lolita's Maid always bring all cleaning supplies except a vacuum and toilet brush. We will be happy to provide either by special request. Please give 24-48 hours notice before your appointment.
  • What if I have pets?
    1. Here at Lolita's Maid Services, we take care of our furry friends and the mess they leave behind. Please beware that excessive pet hair will increase your estimate for First Time Cleans and One Time Cleans. You may also need to schedule more than one appointment to remove all the pet hair.
  • What does ´Pay For Performance´ mean?
    It means you get to grade our maids. After each cleaning, you have the opportunity to rate their work on a scale of 1 to 10. Your rating alone determines the compensation level for the Two Maids assigned to your home. This performance-based approach encourages excellence and is the primary reason why are customers prefer us. You have a say in what we pay.   • What should I expect on my first appointment?
    Just relax! Your Lolita's Maids will arrive at your home with all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home thoroughly. Our first visit will take the longest as it will be the most thorough. Regular (weekly) cleans typically take less time.
  • How long would it take to clean my home?
    We try to accomplish our task as soon and as efficiently we can, but will never rush a cleaning. Usually, Kitchens (microwave & stovetop included, oven & refrigerator not included) and Master Bathrooms (separate shower/tub) take, on average, 1 hour. Bathrooms (shower/tub combo), on average, take 30 minutes. 1/2 baths, on average, take 20 minutes. Have in mind that square footage, hair, dust, and how well the home was previously maintained will most affect your estimate. However, Bedrooms, Living Rooms, and Dining Rooms can take 20-40 minutes each, depending on needs. *These times may vary by square footage, detailed cleaning, “One Time Cleans,” or “First Time Cleans.”* *Laundry, organizing, and dishes vary dependent upon the amount.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    Cancellations and rescheduling can be done 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Same day cancellations will have a 100% charge on your credit card.
  • Do I need to do anything to prepare for my first appointment?
    No! Just relax. Lolitas are your maids and they will take care of everything.
  • What if something is broken or damaged?
    1. Lolita's Maid will always respect your home as if it is their own. If something is damaged or broken, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your appointment. Broken or damaged items will be replaced promptly. Insurance claims will be made when necessary.
  • What is the cost of my cleaning?
    It will all depend on the size of your house and the condition it is. On average, we charge a $25 an hour for regular maintenance cleaning and $30 an hour for first time cleanings. We never charge extra for distance or special services. Appointments are booked by the hour to account for things you need (laundry, organizing, partial cleans, etc.) that won’t fit into “room or square footage.” Please go to our Online Booking for exact pricing. To confirm your appointment, you will need to add a card On File. Your card will be put On Hold the day before your appointment to ensure you still want services. You will not be charged until after the completion of services, and you will receive an email receipt at that time.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
